The Erasmus scholarships or grants are promoting, among other actions, that students from European countries that belong to the European organisation can carry out work experience in national agricultural centres and companies. On this occasion it has been Helle Hordum Poulsen, a student of the Green Academy Aarhus in Denmark, who is carrying out a three-week training stay, from 8 to 27 April 2019, in a company in the Region, under the Erasmus+ Programme.
She is a student of a Danish Centre of Vocational Training of the Agricultural Family of the same characteristics as the CIFEA of Lorca, which in this case has been the host centre that has tutored and coordinated the stay of the student during her stay in Spain.
He is doing his work experience at Viveros Citroplant S.L., a citrus fruit company based in Pulpí, a nursery authorised and regulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, according to the Spanish Technical Regulations for Control and Certification, which is using the most advanced technologies, both in fertigation and in cultivation work and techniques, to obtain the highest quality in its seedlings.
There is no doubt that the European Erasmus+ Programme is a great opportunity offered to people of all ages, giving the possibility to develop and share knowledge and experiences in institutions and organisations in different countries.
